William L. Crosson


Services for William L. Crosson, 75, of Arlington Heights, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Wayside Church, Arlington Heights.

Born Dec. 28, 1921, in Salem, N. J., Mr. Crosson died Wednesday, May 14, 1997, at Illinois Masonic Hospital, Chicago. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

He was a retired accountant for North American Phillips and Ohmite Company, Skokie. An Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, 1st Lieutenant, a member of North Shore and Chicago Chapter of Retired Officers Association, and a member of Holy Rosary Knights of Columbus No. 4483.

He was the husband of Betty Ann (Nee Arends) and the late Lorraine Crosson; the father of Hugh (Linda), Steve, Rob (Emmalee), Jeff (Nancy) Crosson, Diane (Bill) Lyons, Leanne (Steve) Swiderski, Linda (Gordon) Jennings, Gina (Rob) Wicinski, and Tricia (Bruce) Krueger; the brother of Ann (Luke) Jordon; the grandfather of 16; and the great-grandfather of one.

Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 N. Northwest Hwy., Arlington Heights.

Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
